Bouzy is known for making some of the most powerful wines Champagne and is a village historically known for Pinot Noir. There is a thicker layer of clay on top of the chalk here than in Ambonnay, which gives the wines more power and body. 27 mg/l total SO2. 2132 bottles produced.
